Coastal Development Permit (CDP) Compliance Monitoring

This subcontract involves providing environmental monitoring and reporting services for Ceres Farms, LLC to ensure full compliance with the Coastal Development Permit and CEQA Class 1 Categorical Exemption for a project under the California Department of Cannabis Control. The selected provider will be responsible for conducting site inspections, monitoring for negligible expansion of use, and utilizing GIS mapping and sampling tools to prepare detailed compliance reports and monitoring logs. To qualify for this engagement, the provider must be an Environmental Scientist or a Certified Professional Soil Scientist. The primary objective is to maintain regulatory adherence through consistent site oversight and the delivery of formal documentation to the governing agency.
