LETTING LOCATION: D4 Procurement Conference Room POSTING DATES: 04/29/2025 and 05/06/2025 CONTRACT DAYS: 730 CONTRACT EXECUTION DAYS: 10 SPECIAL START DATE: N/A ACQUIS./FLEXIBLE START TIME: 13 The work under this Contract consists of coating existing structural steel on Traffic Signal Mast Arms (TSMA) using paint and metalizing systems. This contract is work document driven and each work document will consist of recoating at least one entire TSMA per intersection but may include more than one TSMA at a given intersection. MAXIMUM LIMITING FUNDING TERM 7: This contract has a budgetary ceiling of $900,000.00. Currently only $500,000.00 of the $ 900,000.00 is available. Additional funds will be brought on by Letters of Authorization/Task Work Order (Funding Term 7). The total of all work documents is limited to the budgetary ceiling over the 730 contract calendar days unless amended by Supplemental Agreement. The award amount and contract performance bond shall be based on the maximum limited amount of budgeted amount of $900,000.00 and not the contractors bid total. PERFORMANCE BOND: A Contract / Performance bond is required for this project. PLEASE READ STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS FOR ROAD AND BRIDGE CONSTRUCTION FY 2024-25 (SECTION 7-13) FOR INSURANCE LIMITS.
