Community Strategies Group will receive sealed bids for a single prime General Contract for the Coblentz Corner Phase 1 Project, until Tuesday September 15, 2026 at 1:00 PM at which time they shall be opened online and posted via PennBid.
Bids will be accepted via the PennBid website (www.pennbid.net). Bids must be received by the date and time above.
A non-mandatory Pre-bid Conference will be held Wednesday August 26, 2026 at 10:30 AM at the site, 100 West Front Street, Berwick PA.
All questions must be submitted through the PennBid website (www.pennbid.com) on or before 5:00 pm Tuesday September 8, 2026. No questions will be received or responded to by phone or email.
An electronic copy of the Bid Documents may be obtained at no cost from the PennBid website (www.pennbid.net).
The work generally consists of structural repairs and replacement, non structural framing, roofing, insulation and exterior finishes.
This is a Pennsylvania State Prevailing Wage Rate project and current rates are included in the Project Manual.
A Bid Bond is required in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the proposed Contract Sum. Payment and Performance Bonds are required of the successful Bidder, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Sum. The project is subject to the Build America Buy America Act (BABA) and RACP funding requirements.
The project is subject to the Pennsylvania Office of the Budget Domestic Steel Products Procurement Act.
The project is subject to the federal MBE/WBE/Section 3 Requirements of 24 CFR Part 75.
The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids, or any part of a Bid, and to award the Bid in their best interest.
