Full Description

The defense Energy Support Center is seeking sources for an optimization project procuring bulk contractor owned contractor operated (COCO) fuel receipt, storage, and issue services and Government owned contractor operated (GOCO) operation and maintenance services for an existing retail ground fuel service station at Cape Canaveral Air Force Station (CCAFS) for a 5 year period with three 5 year option periods.
