Sealed proposals will be received from qualified bidders until 1:30 PM on Tuesday, September 30, 2025. The Disadvantaged Business Employment Provisions will be evaluated and those bids found to be in compliance with the DBE Provisions shall be opened and read aloud at 1:30 PM on Tuesday, October 7, 2025. Only electronic submissions through the supplier portal will be accepted at www.savannahga.gov/bids.
A pre-bid conference has been scheduled for 10:00 AM on Tuesday, September 9, 2025 at the Coffee Bluff Marina located at 14915 Coffee Bluff Road, Savannah, GA 31419 to address any questions and/or issues that may have arisen. You are invited to attend.
