The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-MEN-63991-R1C, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Monica Morris, representing the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CalFire). The Project is limited to one (1) encroachment to remove and replace a four-foot wide concrete box with 12-inch diameter culvert pipes with a minimum 36-inch diameter by 35-foot long high-density polyethylene (HDPE) pipe culvert. Work for this encroachment will include excavation, backfilling and compaction of fill, and rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion.
