The project will remove sediment from the Coldbrook stone-lined channel and culverts starting at Edna Drive and ending approximately one mile north near E. Seneca Turnpike. Sections undergoing sediment removal shall utilize bypass pumping for creek flow. All vegetation and stumps are to be removed from the channel bank walls. In addition, this contract requires that one or more City residents perform twenty percent (20%) of total in-state Work Force Hours.
