This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
Solicitation number 1240LP26Q0074 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Demolition Services. This is a non-personal services requirement. The U.S. Forest Service requires demolition and removal of three (3) structures located on Forest Service property at Cole Ranch outside Durango, CO. These structures are no longer mission-essential and present safety, security, and environmental concerns. Work includes complete removal of structures and associated appurtenances, disposal of debris, site restoration, and documentation.
