Full Description

Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, the U.S. Army Natick Contracting Division, Kansas Street, Natick, MA on behalf of the United States Army-Soldier Systems Center, Natick, MA intends to negotiate and award a purchase order on a sole source basis with ABT Associates Inc of Cambridge, Ma. For a collaborative research effort with the U.S. Army Research Institute of Environmental Medicine (USARIEM) to analyze data and publish selected results from the 2005 Department of Defense Survey of Health Related Behaviors among Active Duty Military Personnel. Analysis will identify problems associated with weight management with the four Services. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. Interested Parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement to the U.S. Army Natick Contracting Division, via e-mail at contact@example.gov.
