Seminole County Solid Waste Management Division (SWMD) operates an integrated solid waste management system that includes County owned transfer station and landfill. The two facilities include a household hazardous waste (HHW) at the Central Transfer Station (CTS) and public used oil collection center (PUOCC) at the Osceola Road Landfill (OLF), respectively.Both the HHW and PUOCC are self-service collection centers for residents of Seminole County and the cities of Maitland and Winter Park to bring a variety of potentially hazardous materials.
