Description: This requirement is to establish a National Individual Standing Offer (NISO) for the collection and disposal of surplus material and controlled goods from warehouse locations in Canada. Services are required on an as and when requested basis for one year from the date of issuance with an option to extend for up to an additional four (4) one (1) year periods.
The requirement is further defined at Annex A – Statement of Work
The RCMP will issue one Standing Offer as a result of this solicitation. Offerors must be able to service all 10 regions below. The geographical regions are described as the following:
Region 1: British Colombia
Region 2: Regina
Region 3: National Capital Region
Region 4: Quebec
Region 5: Nova Scotia
Region 6: New Brunswick
Region 7: Prince Edward Island
Region 8: Manitoba
Region 9: Ontario
Region 10: Alberta
Security Requirements: Minimum Resource Security Required: Facility Access 2 (FA2)
Basis of selection: Mandatory Technical Criteria.
An offer must comply with the requirements of the Request for Standing Offer and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive offer with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for issuance of a standing offer.
