Royersford Borough will receive sealed bids online for Collection, Transportation & Disposal of Solid Waste until August 16, 2024 at 10:00AM at which time they shall be opened online and publicly posted via PennBid. Borough Council will review the bids at its public meeting at Borough Hall on August 27, 2024. All documents and solicitation details are available at no cost on PennBid – www.PennBid.net. The bids shall be for One-year 2025; Two-years 2025, 2026; Three-years 2025, 2026, and 2027 with disposal at the Bidder’s waste disposal site and disposal at the Borough’s disposal site of Reworld Waste, LLC, 1155 Conshohocken, Pa 19428, or such other provider as selected by the Borough. All bids must be submitted on forms provided by the Borough. All bidders must submit bid security in the form of a Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the total bid. Royersford Borough reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to eliminate any item or items from the contract and to waive any non-material defects or informalities in any bid, including in the event the Borough decides to provide the services.
