Colors Are Us of Nevada, LLC — UT - Region 4 - Roofing / Waterproofing

This Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) construction contract is an agreement between Sourcewell and Colors Are Us of Nevada, LLC for roofing and weatherproofing services in Region 4 of Utah. Effective June 18, 2025, the contract has an initial term of two years with options for up to three additional one-year extensions, potentially totaling five years. The scope of work involves the construction, repair, alteration, modernization, or renovation of buildings and real property for government and education agencies.
