Combined Synopsis Solicitation-BD Biosciences Flow

The National Institutes of Health, Office of the Director, Office of Acquisitions, is issuing a non-competitive combined synopsis/solicitation under FAR 12.603 to award a firm fixed-price contract to USBDB Service Contract Admin for the maintenance and repair of six BD Biosciences Flow Cytometer systems and associated components, including lasers and handlers, under a one-year period from July 10, 2026, to July 9, 2027.
