IAW RFO Subpart 12.202 and Table 5-1 in FAR 5.101(d)


  1. Description: IAW RFO 12.202(b)(1) and Part 5.101(d), this is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with RFO Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and the Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price contract on a sole source basis to Bell Textron, Inc (CAGE 97499) under FAR 6.103-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. An offer is being requested by Bell Textron, Inc. and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
     

Solicitation number SPRWA1-26-R-0031 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for procurement of Dynamic Components in support of the TH-1H Helicopter. The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) rating for this effort is A1.
