The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division in Keyport is conducting market research to identify qualified vendors capable of installing a Metrohm combustion ion chromatograph (C-IC) and related accessories, providing service level 4 support, and delivering user training for both the C-IC and Profiler-F instrumentation, accessories, and software. This effort aims to gauge industry interest and capabilities, with responses collected through a voluntary questionnaire that requests company details, certifications, and capability statements. The notice emphasizes that this is solely for market research and does not constitute a formal solicitation or guarantee of future contract awards. Respondents are advised to adhere to operational security protocols and refrain from submitting classified or controlled information. The government will review the submitted information to inform potential procurement strategies but will not reimburse respondents for their efforts. Any responses will become government property and are not considered proposals or offers. If a solicitation is issued later, it will be announced separately, and interested parties will need to respond to that specific solicitation. The response deadline is July 7, 2025, and all communications are directed to Naomi Newton via email. This process is part of the Department of the Navy’s effort to identify capable sources for the installation, training, and support of specialized analytical equipment used in undersea warfare research and development.
