This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in RFO Subpart 12.201, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This Request for Quotation (RFQ), solicitation number FA460826QC003, is IAW RFO Part 12  and is IAW provisions and clauses in Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2026-01, effective as of March 13, 2026.
