The Government intends to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with a total value not to exceed $350,000, which will remain in effect for up to five years or until the dollar limit is reached, whichever comes first. Each individual call order against the BPA is capped at $25,000 and must be billed in full after services are rendered. The Government retains the right to cancel the solicitation at any time without obligation to reimburse offeror costs and may award on a some, none, or all basis depending on funding.
