Amendment 1,14 May 26:


The purpose of this amendment is to execute the following actions: 
1. Revise the Period of Performance: The anticipated period of performance is hereby revised from May 1, 2026 • April 30, 2031, to August 1, 2026 • July 31, 2031.
2. Extend the Solicitation Due Date: The dosing date for receipt of quotes is hereby extended from April 20, 2026, at 3:00 PM PDT, to May 28, 2026, at 3:00 PM PDT.


Instructions to Offerers:


•    All offerers shall submit a revised quote that explicitly acknowledges and reflects the updated period of performance. 
•    Revised quotes must be submitted electronically no later than the new closing date and lime specified in block 8 of the SF 1449.
•    The complete quote must be sent via email to all Points of Contact listed below. 


The 18th Space Defense Squadron (18 SDS) and U.S. Space Forces – Space (S4S) require an unfiltered network access point to access resources provided by commercial partners that are otherwise inaccessible through standard Department of War (DoW) networks. This CIS capability allows administrators to download patches for locally managed network switches and gives space operators access to commercial resources in support of Space Domain Awareness.
