The Government intends to award a Sole Source contract using Other Than Full and Open Competition in accordance with Title 10 U.S.C. 3204 (a)(1) as implemented by RFO FAR 6.103-1, this acquisition is restricted to the United States and Canada.
This procurement approach is Sole Source award to Comcast Government Services LLC. This requirement for Commercial Internet on behalf of the 80th Training Command.
