COMMERCIAL IRRIGATION EVALUATION PROGRAM

The North Texas Municipal Water District (NTMWD) is soliciting proposals to engage licensed irrigation contractors for the evaluation of irrigation systems at commercial properties and Homeowner’s Association (HOA) sites within its service area under solicitation number 26-139-P. The solicitation, posted on May 21, 2026, with a deadline of June 19, 2026, requires proposers to submit a comprehensive proposal including an organizational summary, qualifications, vendor references, pricing details via a designated Bonfire form, and signed addenda, all adhering to strict formatting guidelines such as a minimum 10-point font and 8.5 x 11-inch paper.
