Commercial Janitorial Services (Group A Locations) (Facilities Maintenance and Operations)

Chatham County is soliciting competitive bids for commercial janitorial and cleaning services for Group A Locations, which include the Records Center, Coroner's Office, Georgia Cooperative Extension, Superior Court Records, Superior Court Records No. 2, and the Fleet Operations Facility. The successful contractor must be located within Chatham County or within thirty miles of its borders, as non-local bids will not be accepted. Services are required five days a week, Monday through Friday, between 8:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M., encompassing a schedule of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual tasks. Key deliverables include waste removal, cleaning of washbasins, mirrors, and interior glass, and the provision of one supervisor or foreman per work crew per shift to ensure quality control and manage reporting via Task Performance Sheets. The contract will be awarded to the responsible bidder determined by the Board of Commissioners to provide the best value based on price and other factors. Bidders must submit all required documentation, including Forms A-I, a current Chatham County Tax Certificate, and a Promise of Non-Discrimination Statement, through the designated online purchasing portal by the November 17, 2026, deadline.
