This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the acquisition of commercial products prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.


The Minnesota Army National Guard (MN ARNG) has a requirement for the purchase and delivery of various new, commercial-grade kitchen equipment items. This includes freezers, refrigerators, ice machines, convection ovens, griddles, and hot/cold food tables as detailed in the attached Statement of Work (SOW).


All items must be delivered F.O.B. Destination to the USPFO Warehouse, Bldg 11-62, Camp Ripley, 15000 Hwy 115, Little Falls, MN 56345, on or before 30 September 2026.


This acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside conducted under the simplified procedures of FAR 12.201-1.
