The purpose of this Amendment 0001 is to:

REPLACE the original Statement of Work (SOW) in its entirety with the revised version, titled "A 02-SOW-J4_Lifecycle_Kitchen_Equipment_20260722.docx" and attached to this amendment.

PROVIDE "Like" model numbers (Brand Name or Equal) for all 18 Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) to clarify the Government's requirement. Offerors may propose the specified brand and model or an "or equal" item that meets or exceeds the salient characteristics of the listed models and the specifications in the SOW.

UPDATE the dimensional requirements for several items as detailed in the revised SOW.
All other terms, conditions, and instructions of the original solicitation remain unchanged.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the acquisition of commercial products prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
The Minnesota Army National Guard (MN ARNG) has a requirement for the purchase and delivery of various new, commercial-grade kitchen equipment items. This includes freezers, refrigerators, ice machines, convection ovens, griddles, and hot/cold food tables as detailed in the attached Statement of Work (SOW).
All items must be delivered F.O.B. Destination to the USPFO Warehouse, Bldg 11-62, Camp Ripley, 15000 Hwy 115, Little Falls, MN 56345, on or before 30 September 2026.
This acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside conducted under the simplified procedures of FAR 12.201-1.
The Government intends to award a single, firm-fixed-price purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose quote, conforming to the solicitation, represents the Best Value to the Government. The evaluation will be conducted using a Best Value Tradeoff methodology evaluating Technical Capability and Price.
