Commercial Lodging for the 433rd Airlift Wing

The contractor is required to provide commercial lodging accommodations for 433rd Airlift Wing reserve personnel and other individuals supporting Unit Training Assemblies, Rescheduled Unit Training Assemblies, Inactive Duty Training, and Active Duty status, which may occur on any day of the week. The preferred lodging facility must be located within 15 miles of Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland and maintain a current Memorandum of Understanding with the JBSA-Lackland Lodging program. Rooms must meet strict standards including non-smoking environments, refrigerated air conditioning with individual temperature controls, private baths, interior deadbolt or double locking security mechanisms, and compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, FEMA Master List requirements, and AFOSH 91-001 billeting safety standards. Daily maid service is mandatory, with bed linens changed at least weekly per stay or upon guest checkout, and all rooms must be free of rodents, insects, mold, and other allergens.
