Commercial off-the-shelf software solution specifically developed for a digital asset management and media collaboration system

The Government of Canada, through Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada, is seeking a commercial off-the-shelf digital asset management and media collaboration system that supports a hybrid-work environment and complies with Canadian security standards. The solution must be fully configured, non-customized software capable of managing, organizing, sharing, and collaborating on multimedia assets including images, videos, audio files, Adobe Creative Cloud project files, caption files, descriptive transcripts, and associated documents. Core functional requirements include asset ingestion and organization, broad file compatibility, robust search and preview capabilities, collaboration and sharing tools, seamless integration with Adobe Creative Cloud, secure storage with backup and redundancy, administrative controls for user roles including Admin, Regular, and Read-Only access, and comprehensive training and support materials. The system must operate in a cloud environment with all deployment performed by the contractor’s site, and must support only CSE-approved cryptographic algorithms as defined in ITSP.40.111.
