The contractor shall provide an off-the-shelf solution for Digital Asset Management (DAM) and Media Collaboration that meets the operational requirements of the PAB Video Team (This is not a limited tendering for a custom software and storage solution or development). The system must work in a hybrid-work environment. It must enable the management, organization, sharing, and collaboration of multimedia assets, including images, videos, audio files, Adobe Creative Cloud project files, caption files, descriptive transcripts and associated documents. And the system must function within the security parameters of the Government of Canada. It’s functionality must include: 1. Asset Ingestion and Organization 2. File Support and Compatibility 3. Search, Retrieval, and Preview 4. Collaboration and Sharing 5. Integration with Creative Tools 6. Storage, Backup, and Redundancy 7. Administration and Governance 8.
