BCIT is inviting proposals from qualified Commercial Painting Contractors for the supply of all labour, materials, and equipment required to provide interior and exterior painting services on an “as and when requested” basis for small and large projects, each with a value under $49,999. Services will be provided across multiple BCIT campuses, available 24/7 throughout the year. Painting may be scheduled by room and could require day, evening, or overnight shifts. BCIT may run multiple painting projects simultaneously at a single campus or across multiple campuses at any given time. The term of the contract is to be for a period of three (3) years, with two (2) optional one-year extensions at BCIT’s discretion, on the same terms and conditions.
