AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and Buyandsell posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted on August 15, 2024 by 2 pm EDT. All bids submitted after 2 pm EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. SCOPE OF WORK: On behalf of Transport Canada, Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) has a requirement for one Commercial Real Estate Agent to undertake the marketing and sale of a vacant federal property located at Niagara on the Lake, Ontario.This solicitation includes point-rated supplier diversity evaluation criteria to encourage Offerors that are at least 51% owned (majority-owned) by a member or members of an underrepresented group(s) to submit an offer and to encourage the subcontracting of work to underrepresented suppliers.
