Commercial Timber Sale Redden State Forest Chesapeake Stand 27

The Delaware Department of Agriculture Forest Service is soliciting proposals for a commercial timber sale on approximately 23.1 acres of the Chesapeake tract within Redden State Forest, located south of Thicket Road and north of E Redden Rd. The project involves a clearcut harvesting method of an estimated 429,554 board feet of Loblolly Pine sawtimber. The selected buyer must provide all necessary labor and equipment, adhere to a maximum stump height of 12 inches, and ensure the restoration and seeding of landing sites and forest roads.
