Variant, Leader Prototype, Autonomy Command and Control (C2) and Integration Request for Solutions Brief (RFSB) with intent of awarding Other Transaction Agreement for Prototype (OTAP) IAW 10 U.S.C. § 4022. Only U.S. companies with the ability to process and store SECRET information and hardware are eligible to submit a solutions brief.
