Common Organizational Level Tester (COLT) +

The contract awards a sole-source modification to update the Common Organizational Level Tester (COLT) and its accompanying Accessory Kit to the new combined COLT Receiver Interface Modification and Tech Refresh baseline, known as COLT+.
