Full Description

The synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), intends to procure on a Sole Source basis to Patriot3, located at 10941 Houser Drive, Fredericksburg, VA 22408-2453 the initial evaluation fee for five (5) AN/UPA-6MK Velocimeter in accordance with Statement of Work. The Government also requires a Not to Exceed Option CLIN on the contract to cover repair and replacement parts as found necessary in the evaluation not to exceed $125,000.00. Repair and replacements shall be reviewed and approvals by TOPC and KO prior to repairs. CLIN 0001 - quantity of five (5) Velocimeter evaluations in accordance with Statement of Work. CLIN 0002 - Repair and replacements - Not to Exceed $125,000.00. (OPTION 1) Please include any shipping/freight costs for FOB Destination Dahlgren, VA 22448-5114. Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) will be utilized for award in accordance with FAR Part 13. The order shall be firm fixed price. DFAR 252.232-7003 (Electronic Submission of Payment Requests and Receiving Reports) and 252.211-7003 (Item Identification and Valuation) is applicable to this purchase. Pricing should be FOB Destination to the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, 6220 Tisdale Road, Suite 159, Dahlgren, VA 22448-5114. In order to be eligible for award, firms must be registered in the Systems For Award Management (SAM).
