This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplements with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only notice of the solicitation. Solicitation number H9222208R0031 is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-25. This solicitation is issued in accordance with FAR Part 12.603 (c) under NAICS code 334111 with a small business size standard of 1000 employees.
