The contract will span five months from the date of award, with work to be performed remotely, at contractor facilities, or on-site at FBI locations as needed. The primary objective is to enhance FBI’s social media communication strategies by repurposing publicly available content—such as archival footage, press conferences, and interviews—into compelling, high-quality video products no longer than three minutes each, optimized for digital distribution across social platforms. A total of twenty videos will be delivered in five monthly milestones of four videos each, due on the 15th of every month, accompanied by a signed Delivery and Acceptance Form for each milestone. All deliverables must incorporate captions, graphics, and branding, while meeting technical requirements for aspect ratio, captioning, and platform-specific formatting, and must conform to Revised 508 Standards for accessibility, with the contractor responsible for maintaining or enhancing conformance levels during any hosting services provided.
