Housing, Infrastructure and Communities Canada (HICC) is seeking a prequalified Supplier from TSPS Solutions SA E60ZT-16TSSB with strong community benefits expertise who can provide advice on how to integrate Community Benefits Agreements (CBA) into the High Frequency Rail (HFR) Project. The overarching intent of the Statement of Work is to further refine the policy intent for CBAs in HFR, and understand feasible delivery options, within the limitations of the Project’s maturity.
