Community Garden Liaison and Administrative Services

This subcontract provides liaison and administrative services for the City of Fresno PARCS Department to support community garden projects. The primary responsibilities include managing the gardener selection process, handling registrations and sign-ups, and coordinating the operational activation of the McKinley Peace and Romain Community Gardens. Additionally, the contractor is responsible for the ongoing operational oversight of the Lowell Community Garden. The key deliverables for this engagement are the provision of managed gardener rosters and the successful activation of the designated garden sites within Fresno, California.
