Community Park Restroom Construction

The City of Pontiac, Michigan, through its Housing Vitality Division, is soliciting proposals under solicitation 2026-REQ-0173 for the construction of new, durable, and ADA-compliant public restroom facilities at Jaycee Park, Aaron Perry Park, and Oakland Park. The scope of work encompasses the entire project lifecycle, including site review, conceptual and final design, excavation, plumbing, electrical installation, and final commissioning. The facilities must be designed for high-traffic public use, emphasizing resistance to vandalism and ease of maintenance.
