THE ONLY AUTHORIZED TRANSMISSION METHODS FOR SUBMITTING QUOTES IN RESPONSE TO THIS SOLICITATION IS THROUGH THE PIEE SOLICITATION MODULE WEBSITE AT: https://piee.eb.mil AND/OR SUBMISSION THROUGH E-MAIL TO THE CONTRACT SPECIALIST. NO OTHER TRANSMISSION METHODS (FACSIMILE, REGULAR MAIL, HAND CARRIED, ETC.) WILL BE ACCEPTED. If you email your offer, it must conform to the solicitation for consideration.
