Request for Proposal: The Housing Authority of the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma is requesting competitive proposals from qualified software vendors to provide billing and property management software for the Connect Home Department. Interested parties may obtain a copy of the Request for Proposals (RFP) by emailing Trinity Tuck or Rhonda Goodman at hacnorfp@choctawhousing.com. Sections 2.3, 2.4, and 2.7.1 contain information on deadlines and submission requirements. Vendor Acknowledgement to bid on the project is due by 4:30 PM CST on Friday, August 21, 2026. Vendor demonstrations will be conducted from September 08, 2026, to September 21, 2026, from 9 AM to 3 PM CST. Please email hacnorfp@choctawhousing.com with your availability dates and times.
