The Resort Village of Aquadeo is seeking proposals to upgrade its storage and maintenance compounds under solicitation COMP2026-001, with responses due by October 30, 2026. The storage compound upgrade includes expanding the fenced perimeter with chain link fencing to increase available spots, improving lighting throughout the area, and enhancing access to storage locations. A section of the proposed extension to the storage compound requires grading and fill to match the existing ground level, and an existing brown wooden fence must be removed and replaced with chain link fencing to ensure uniformity and security. For the maintenance compound, the scope is limited to installing new lighting, repairing damaged components, and adding a physical extension to support material storage. All work must be performed at the site in Saskatchewan, and inquiries should be directed to Gina Bernier at aquadeoadmin@gmail.com or 306-386-2942.

Full Description

We are looking to upgrade our storage compound and maintenance compound. For the Storage Compound we would like to expand the fenced area and create more available spots, lighting, and better access to the spots. For the maintenance compound, we are only looking at adding lights, repairing broken parts, and adding an extention onto the storage compound for physical materials.
For the storage compound a section of the area for the extention is not the same ground height and will need to be built up to match the current height. A brown wooden fence will need to be removed. All fence should be chain link fences.
