Comprehensive Support for Removal Operations II

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is soliciting a single-award Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Comprehensive Support to Removal Operations (CSRO) II under solicitation 70RDA126R00000008. This contract supports the Assisted Voluntary Return, Voluntary Departure, and Incentivized Voluntary Departure programs to enhance voluntary return and removal operations. Key requirements include managing logistics, commercial ticketing, aviation and airport coordination, data management, and the sustainment of Project Homecoming and the CBP Home App. The scope also involves capacity building for foreign partners to facilitate the acceptance and onward movement of returnees.
