Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) System

The U.S. Secret Service, under the Department of Homeland Security, is seeking an integrated next-generation Computer Aided Dispatch system with real-time situational awareness capabilities to enhance incident management and response coordination for its police force. This system must combine assistive AI and advanced geospatial tools into a single unified platform, supporting both cloud-based SaaS and on-premises deployment options to meet strict security and infrastructure requirements. It must enable secure interoperable communications, mobile access for field personnel, asset tracking, and advanced analytics to ensure efficient operations across dynamic environments. The solution must demonstrate proven interoperability with key regional partners in the National Capital Region, including Arlington County PD, Fairfax County PD, and the District of Columbia Office of Unified Communications, allowing seamless collaboration during joint operations and large-scale events while preserving each agency’s unique workflows, permissions, and business rules. The system will be deployed primarily in Washington, District of Columbia, and must align with federal security standards without compromising flexibility or scalability.
