Computer Graphics Support

Services Non-Personal: The Air Force intends to solicit and negotiate a competitive contract. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, parts, transportation and other incidentals necessary to travel and perform daily on-site computer graphics in simulating mishaps and component failures of aircraft and propulsion systems "In Accordance With (IAW)" this Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Computer Graphics is Located in the Material Laboratory Bldg 3001, Post I-67, Tinker AFB, Oklahoma. A Firm Fixed Price (FFP) and/or a time and materials (T&M) are contemplated. The proposed basic period of performance is 01 Feb 2011 to 31 Jan 2012. The proposed option year one period of performance is 01 Feb 2012 to 31 Jan 2013. The proposed option year two period of performance is 01 Feb 2013 to 31 Jan 2014. The solicitation will identify the office where additional information can be obtained concerning qualification requirements. The approximate issue date of the solicitation will be 29 Dec 2010. The approximate response date of the solicitation will be 13 Jan 2011. The solicitation will be available for download on the release date from https://www.fbo.gov. Central Contractor Registration is required to receive any award. Contractors can register electronically at http://ccr.gov. ORCA registration is also required and the contractors can register electronically at http://orca.bpn.gov. Electronic procedures will be used for this award.
