Full Description

The Research Development and Engineering Command, Aberdeen Installation Contracting Division, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD intends to negotiate solely (as prescribed in FAR 6.302-1) with Condor Technologies Inc, 110 North Main Street Suite H, Camden DE 19934-1232. The contractor shall provide service, preventative maintenance, and on call emergency support to the ATC Roadway Simulator Test Facility water system on site at Building 384, APG, MD. Condor Technologies is the incumbent contractor. Award to another source would result in substantial duplication of cost and unacceptable delays in fulfilling the agency's requirements. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 811310 and the size standard is $7.0 million. Interested persons may identify their interest, in writing, to the Government point of contact. Responses to this notice must be received no later that 1:00 PM, Eastern Daylight Time, 20 December 2010. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals or a solicitation of offers.
