Évaluation du potentiel philanthropique et développement de l’argumentaire stratégique en vue d’une mobilisation des donateurs (mandat ferme); 2. Élaboration de la stratégie de campagne, incluant les cibles, les moyens et les échéanciers (en option selon les résultats de la phase 1); 3. Production des outils de communication et accompagnement dans la réalisation de la campagne, incluant le suivi des engagements et la gestion des relations donateurs (en option selon les résultats de la phase 2). Les documents d'appel d'offres sont disponibles sur le site web du Système électronique d’appel d’offres (SEAO) - www.seao.ca.
