AVIS AUX SOUMISSIONNAIRES CONCERNANT L’APPEL D’OFFRES CI-HAUT MENTIONNÉ : 1. Cet avis constitue la deuxième étape d’un avis d’appel d’offres en deux étapes. Seules seront considérées les soumissions finales des candidats ayant déposé une candidature initiale conforme, aux conditions de l’appel de qualification 2025-100. 2. Les documents de soumission peuvent être obtenus à partir du système électronique d’appel d’offres (SEAO) à l’adresse https://seao.gouv.qc.ca. L’obtention des documents est sujette à la tarification de cet organisme. 3.
