UNHCR is soliciting bids for the design, supply, installation, and commissioning of a hybrid off-grid solar system for the ANATS Community Usage Center in Farchana, Chad. The project requires the installation of at least 30.8 kWc of photovoltaic modules, a 20 kW continuous three-phase hybrid inverter, and LifePO4 storage of 30 kWh nominal (minimum 27 kWh usable) to cover a daily consumption of 103 to 128 kWh. The contractor is responsible for the full integration of all components, including batteries, protections, automation, and distribution, with a maximum execution period of six months from the service order date. A site visit is scheduled for November 11, 2026, and the final acceptance of the system will be pronounced 24 months after provisional reception, with a mandatory warranty and preventive maintenance period of 24 months.
