Concession Stand

Wilcox County Schools is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors for turnkey construction of a 20' x 30' concession/restroom facility at the Wilcox County Schools tennis courts in Rochelle, Georgia. The building shall include a gable-style metal roof and decorative block/masonry designed to match existing structures. The facility shall include an approximately 13' x 9' storage/electrical room with exterior metal door and an approximately 17' x 10' concession area with exterior metal door, 8' roll-up service door, serving counter, sink, and hot water heater. The men's restroom shall have a separate exterior metal door and include an ADA-accessible stall with toilet, one urinal, and one sink. The women's restroom shall have a separate exterior metal door and include one ADA-accessible stall with toilet, two additional stalls with toilets, and one sink. The project shall include all site work, foundation/slab, flooring, interior and exterior painting/finishes, plumbing, electrical service, wiring, receptacles, interior/exterior lighting, fixtures, ventilation, doors and hardware, and all other materials and labor necessary for a complete facility. The project shall also include a complete lift station, including pumps, controls, alarm, electrical service, piping, excavation, and connection to the existing stubbed sanitary plumbing/sewer. All flooring shall be durable and appropriate for its intended use, with moisture- and slip-resistant flooring in concession and restroom areas. All work shall comply with applicable Georgia building, electrical, plumbing, fire/life-safety and accessibility codes and ADA requirements. The contractor shall be responsible for required permits and inspections. The proposal shall provide a lump-sum turnkey price inclusive of all labor, materials, equipment, permits, site work, utilities, finishes, testing, cleanup, and incidental items necessary for a complete operational facility. Any exclusions must be clearly identified.
