2026 Gibson Ranch Water Meter Replacement Project

The City of Woodland is soliciting sealed bids for the 2026 Gibson Ranch Water Meter Replacement Project, CIP #26-16, to replace 1,981 existing 1-inch water meters, three 1.5-inch meters, and twenty-six 2-inch meters with City-furnished Kamstrup FlowIQ 2200 ALD acoustic leak detection meters and compatible flange adapters. All work must adhere to applicable labor laws, including payment of prevailing wages as determined by the California Director of Industrial Relations, and require active contractor registration with the Department of Industrial Relations throughout the project duration.
