This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
Solicitation No. 75H70726Q00057 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Repairs of Cement Steps for the Mescalero Indian Health Clinic located in Mescalero, NM.

If there is not enough competition and/or reasonably priced offers received from the ISBEE set-aside, then quotes will be considered for award to other small business concerns. Any acquisition resulting from this cascading set-aside will be from such a concern as follows:
