Request for a one-year time extension to Use Permit No. PLN2023-0134 - Lucky Star Logistics, Inc. and an amendment to Conditions of Approval Nos. 10, 11, 14, and 16 to modify the time limits required to meet these conditions. The Planning Commission approved the project on April 3, 2025, to permit an existing tractor-trailer parking facility for up to 12 tractor-trailer combinations, on a 1.5-acre portion of a 10.3± acre parcel, in the General Agriculture (A-2-10) zoning district. These conditions required the installation of fencing and landscaping within three months of project approval; that a Business License be obtained for a mobile truck repair business on-site and all associated advertising be removed within three months of project approval; that an encroachment permit be obtained within three months and finaled within six months of project approval; and that a grading permit be obtained within three months and finaled within 12 months of project approval, respectively. In accordance with County Code Section 21.104.030, a total of 18 months is permitted for completion of all conditions of approval. The applicant has requested to extend the deadline to meet all conditions by one year. If approved, the new deadline to meet all conditions of approval would be October 3, 2027. No other amendments to Use Permit No. PLN2023-0134 have been proposed.
